Right from the cleanness and quality of furnishings, fittings, TV, etc every thing exceeded expectation. You would love to witness the sunrise every morning which is a heavenly view right from the bed.
The only point for improvement i would say is the cost and quality of food being served...

Comment:Enjoyable retreat to escape my frantic professional life.The scenery.the villages,the forest,the tea plantations,all ingredients to help(and succeed!!!) to switch the brain off.Plus,the courteous styff,the comfortable cottages make the stay an unforgettable one.The tea factory visit is a must! Along with the plantation,it will be good to remember Kotagiri and the Nilgiris next time i buy tea in my home town!
